Job description

• Project search, interior project development & office equipment, schools, restaurants, hotels.

• Contact, meet with customers, organize negotiations with customers to come up with plans, reports and proposals to the Director for consideration and decision.

• Make plans to approach customers, propose the implementation of these options.

• Monitor and manage contract performance from deposit to contract liquidation.

• Proposing pricing policy, sales program to achieve monthly sales target.

• Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.

• Planning & Periodic work reports.

• Update project information when there is a change so that other departments know.

Job requirements


• Graduated from College or University majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing.

• Good communication in English (fluent in 4 skills: listening, speaking, reading, writing)

• Proficient in using MS Office, MS Project.

• Working experience: 1 year in a similar position



• Good communication skills, creating good relationships with colleagues

• Group skill

• Have the ability to decide, solve problems on their own



• Careful, detailed

• Honesty, straightforward, with a sense of responsibility

• Not afraid of difficulties, eager to learn
